The fifth meeting of Biosafety Protocol Parties Kartahna five days after his career ended. Iran's three-member delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture attended the meeting. Another group consists of the Head of Iran's Biotechnology Society and Bio-Safety Association also independent of the Iranian delegation attended this meeting.
The meeting chaired by the Minister of Agriculture Mr. Mychy Hykv Hanoi Japan and representatives of 160 countries with over 30 country members and non members and NGO representatives held meetings in a massive collection of Japan was held in Nagoya city, important decisions were taken, most notably approval " Additional Protocol "to compensate for damage caused by the transgenic organisms.
Important decisions of the summit include:

· Inspection and reporting on performance protocol
· Arrangements on performance assessment and review protocols
